☀ Pernera Self Catering Villa Rental Cyprus

I would just like to say how much I have enjoyed my week at a self catering villa in Cyprus near Protaras and Pernera.

We arrived early at 5am and had been travelling through the night not an easy thing with a 9 moth old baby a 3 year old and their grandparents, the drive to the villa from the airport was fantastic not a car on the road.

Having found the Rental villa easily and unloaded the car my wife put the children to bed and the grandparents wanted something to eat luckily we had the forethought to order a welcome pack containing coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam, eggs, bacon, an assortment of fruit, biscuits, croissants, water, cheese and ham, a fairly good pack for under fifty Euros, we had a cuppa and some toast then got our heads down for a few hours.

Woke up at noon to a fairly overcast afternoon so my wife decided to go and get some provisions at the local mini market around the corner while me and my father played with the children in the heated pool how fantastic it was to be in the middle of February and splashing around in a pool at our self catering villa Cyprus booked through a self catering villa rental company.

Everything that we asked they came back with the answer even down to would they recommend hiring a car for the week they worked out that a taxi from Larnaca Airport to Protaras and back would be more than a one week car hire, this sort of information plus the unbiased information about the self catering villa is why we will book through them again. We have used other companies but have found their straight forward approach refreshing and it they did make our self catering rental holiday complete. Feb 28, 2012

I am an owner of 3 rental villas and 2 apartments in Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa Cyprus

It may be obvious but what we were told prior to purchasing our rental villas in Cyprus and now are poles apart, however! I have just found a new company to rent my Cyprus Villas through called CY Villa rentals (Cyprus Villa Rentals), I had an informal chat with them via Skype where they showed me and guided me through how to load my Cyprus villa free of charge yes free no upfront fee all they wanted was the best rental rate I could give them and they would market my property using the internet and their web site I thought I owe them that plug at least.

They included discounts to new clients and further discounts to existing return clients no hidden “oh that’s extra”. I have just received my first Cyprus villa Pernera rental through CY Villa Rentals, they promoted my Cyprus villa out of season a villa rental that I had not been expecting so soon only three days after my listing on their web site. I am so pleased with this company they do not make any promises in the respect to getting my Cyprus Villas rented but they did exceed my expectations.

What they do is market the rental villa and do it well, they require me to write a piece on my villa that I can put onto their web site and supply photos and any other information appertaining to my Cyprus villas.

Together we agreed rental rates and they put their commission on just this one booking has allowed me to invest in a pool heater for the out of season months and fantastically they can supply and install one for under 3,000 Euro’s I have a win win situation with my Pernera Villa Cyprus I have already given CY Villa Rentals my other properties as they are going global therefore I will get more coverage worldwide thank you.
