TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  Reviews, contributions, information, directions, photos, audiovisual aids and travelling experiences (the “Content”) can be submitted in accordance with the Guidelines as defined below and which will also be subject to our privacy policy.

2.  By submitting Content on this website, you are allowing CYVillaRentals a non-exclusive, constant, royalty-free, binding and fully sub-licensable right to   use, reproduce, adjust, release, translate, advertise and display the Content globally via any media.

3.  Guidelines for review submission:

Reviews and Comments will not be published on our Website if you do not conform to these Guidelines

•    Do not submit reviews that contain use of language that may be considered defamatory, libellous, abusive, unlawful, obscene or either racially or sexually offensive.

•    Content must be original and should not contravene the property or proprietary rights of others that shall include copyright, trade secrets, trademark or privacy.

•    Reviews must not carry viruses, worms or other harmful contenct that can damage any system or data.

•    Single word reviews will not be accepted. Maximum character count will be 2500 per review

•    Reviews will not be accepted if they shall contain web or email address.  Promotional or advertising content to include price and availability data, or alternative booking information will be accepted.

•    Do not include HTML tags

•    The content should be helpful and relevant to other users and should be from genuine experience   

•    Submission of reviews and comments should be written in English.  Only English submissions will be published

•    Content that includes comments or questions direct to other website users or CYVillaRentals staff and associates will not be published

•    Users should not mislead others to their identity by the use of false email addresses or impersonation of others

•    CYVillaRentals confirms that personal data, such as credit card details, addresses, telephone numbers or URL's will be removed

•    Person under the age of 18 are not permitted to submit a review.

4.  By submitting your review you represent and warrant that:

•    It is your own original work

•    It is not  libellours nor contravenes any applicable laws

•    The Content is your own genuine opinion and is accurate and truthful

•    CYVillaRentals will not incur damages or costs for breach of these warranties.

5. CYVillarentals cannot always pre-screen articles but we reserve the right, not to publish reviews, to access and amend Content at any time and remove reviews and/or Content from this website without notice after publication at our sole discretion.  You agree that CYVillaRentals may cease your  use of the website, and remove any Content within the website at its sole discretion.

6. You recognise and concur that CYVillaRentals may save or divulge any Content if within reason we consider its disclosure is required by law or in the  belief that such preservation or disclosure is fairly required to:

(a) abide by with legal action;

(b) apply these terms and conditions;

(c) answer to claims that any Content breaches the rights of third-parties; or

(d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of CYVillaRentals, its users and the public.

8.  CYVillaRentals reserves the right to alter or stop, temporarily or permanently the Review facility (or part thereof) on occassion with or without notice.  You agree the CYVillRentals shall not be liable for any change, temporary removal or discontinuation of the facilty. You furthermore agree that any termination may be without prior notice and that CYVillaRentals shall not be liable to you or any third-party.

9.  Whilst third-parties using the website may provide links and access to other sites, CYVillaRentals is not responsible for the availability of third-party sites and does not endorse or accept liability for the content, advertising, goods and services available.  CYVillaRentals accpet no liability for a damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused in connection with any third-party site.
