Villa Anemone located in Neo Chorio, Latchi is a detached three bedroom villa with its own private heated 8 X 4 Metre swimming pool. From villa Anemone you have amazing sea views that you can enjoy whilst relaxing by the pool and beautifully landscaped gardens.

Directions
From Paphos airport follow Paphos Town centre. Once in the centre pick up signs for Polis. When in Polis pick up signs for Latchi. When you get to Latchi you will have the marina and the sea on your right hand side. You will then pick up signs for Neo Chorio. When you see a blue sign on your left saying Neo Chorio 2km take the next left. Follow the road until it splits and you will take the right, you will see a sign saying "Prengos" follow this sign until you get to the Prengos development on your right. Opposite is the Esprit Resort, you will take the second enterance on your left and Villa Anemone is the second on the right, number 14.
Area description
Latchi's once tiny fishing harbour has been transformed into a modern marina, but it's still kept its laid back charm. Old stone fronted fish warehouses have been turned into restaurants, tavernas, shops and places of recreation. Mouth watering fresh fish comes straight off the boats and onto the grills of the eateries lining the harbour and beach front.

#3 Better than a 5 star hotel!
We found it hard to decide on a 5 star hotel or a 5 star villa, we went for the villa option and when we calculated the cost between the 6 of us we saved a fortune. The villa was simply perfect, the location was just right, just a minute or so in the car and we were at the beach. We are so glad we opted for the villa, thank you, we will be back again.
