Villa Dandelion is in a quiet location but near enough to walk to the town for the restaurants, supermarket and bars. These villas provide an excellent base for those looking to relax after a hard day on the beach, ideal if you do not want to rent a car. The nearest beaches are a 15 minute walk away or 2 minutes drive by car. Neighbouring town Pernera is 5 minutes by car and Protaras is 10 minutes away.

Protaras only 5 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the most famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and International restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months.

There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in Europe can be found just outside of Aiga Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the apartment, and more local is the smaller town of Kapparis, with its own 'strip of restaurants (some good local ones as well) that are thriving throughout the year, which is less than a minutes drive away .

There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on ones morning walk, or for sundowners/dinner in the evening.It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a metre or two from the sea and watch the sunset.

About .5 Km inland from the apartment is a beautiful local town called Paralimni boasting many beautiful old Greek/Cypriot buildings and churches. It is steeped in history and well worth a visit.
