On the first floor you can find one double bedroom with ensuite Jacuzzi bath and two twin bedrooms with ensuite facilities.In addition a small living room is located in the first floor leading to the big veranda where you can enjoy the sea view.All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning units for cooling and heating. The bedrooms also have balconies with panoramic views across open fields and orange groves and of course the sea.
The villa is set on a large private plot with an orange grove and in the summer you can pick your own oranges and have freshly squeezed orange juice during your stay.

Argaka village is approximately 7km along the coastline to the North from Polis. It is a rural, agricultural village with a population of approximately 1,000.
There are coffee shops and tavernas serving locally grown food and just along the coast a few minutes drive there are more establishments catering for the hungry visitor and locals alike. There are groceries / mini markets and a small Co-Op store. There are two churches, Ayia Varvara being the oldest.This part of the island is very fertile with an abundance of fruit trees including figs, grapes, prickly pears, apples, oranges and lemons.
With the Paphos forest to the rear, you may get a chance to see the endangered “Moufflon” at Stavros tis Psokas or hike down the nature trails yet at the same time have the sea only a short drive away.
